Description:
With Japanese Locale setting, the following two strings on the What's New page are not translated with TODOs.

"Enter your Enterprise Credentials in order to check open Support Issues TODO, Advisor Bundle updates TODO and Product Key updates TODO. TODO "

"Important Product-Related Announcements TODO"

I confirmed I translated them already.

How to repeat:
Install MEM and set the locale to Japanese and go to What's New page.

Verified as described. All news should be translated.

I checked it with ver.2.1.1.1104 and still it is not fixed. The valid strings might not be translated.

I confirmed that all strings except "Advisor and Product Key Updates TODO" and "There is a problem checking Advisor ..." are fixed now with 2.1.1.1108.
I guess these two strings are also fine, but if I should check it, let me know how to show them, please.
