Description:
On the "What's New" page, in the bottom of the "Important Product-Related Announcements" section, in the Welcome to the "What's New?" Live Feed! sub-section, there's a link labeled 'configuring and troubleshooting this feed'.  When you click on that link it opens the help screen in the same window, thus replacing your Dashboard and its tab sections with the help.  It should open the help screen in a new window.

How to repeat:
1) Go to the "What's New" tab.
2) Click on the "configuring and troubleshooting this feed" link under "Welcome to the "What's New?" Live Feed!" section.
3) See help in the same window.  You have to click "Back" to go back to the Dashboard.

Suggested fix:
Add a target="_blank" attribute to the <a> tag for that link (like we already do for the "Click here for help configuring Query Analyzer" link on the same page).
