Description:
Currently, the Replication FAQ is unpublished (commented out in DocBook sources).

This is a reminder to review/update/publish them.

Have since discovered that Replication FAQ is present, just not where I expected (in replication-notes section).

Should convert to use DynDocs format (like other FAQs) at some point.
