I have delete old database and recreate it with new data. Please drop schema before create new schema.

this has been added to the Repository of Workbench 5.1. (This feature is also already included in currrent development version 5.2)

An entry has been added to the 5.1.19 changelog:

In the Forward Engineer SQL Script wizard the checkbox Generate DROP SCHEMA now causes every CREATE SCHEMA statement to be prepended with DROP SCHEMA IF EXISTS `schemaname`.
