Description:
The "configure what's new" pop up on the What's New tab delays graying or un-graying text on the IE 8 browser.

On the pop up, there are 3 main check boxes. Notice that when you uncheck one of them, it's supposed to gray out the lines below it (and do the reverse when you check it) but this only happens (on IE 8) when you check/uncheck another check box.

How to repeat:
- bring up the dashboard on IE 8
- click "configure what's new" on the What's New tab
- on the pop up, click on one of the 3 main check boxes
- notice that when you uncheck one of them, it's supposed to gray the lines below it out (and do the reverse when you check it) but this only happens when you check/uncheck another check box

EM-3439, Bug#46104: bind to "click" instead of "change", as "click" is more correct (IE8 actually does the right thing, here).

An entry was added to the 2.1.0 changelog:

In the Enterprise Dashboard, the check boxes within the configure what's new panel did not function correctly. When deselecting a check box the accompanying text did not become de-emphasized (“grayed out”) as expected, but only changed when another check box was selected. Further, when the checkbox was subsequently selected, the text did not become emphasized until another check box was selected or deselected. This problem was limited to Internet Explorer 8.
