Description:
When editing a connection with the DB Connection Editor, the form wizard looks like it's trying to build itself and is stuck in a loop.  If I wait enough, it will correct itself.

How to repeat:
1) Open DB Connection Editor.
2) Create a Stored Connection
3) Close then reopen Editor.
4) Click on Stored Connection
