Description:
On OS X WB crashs when creating a new document after another one had been worked on.

How to repeat:
1) Open WB
2) Create Diagram
3) Place a new note on the just created diagram
4) Click: New Document
5) Don't save when the question comes up.
6) After the save dialog closes WB crashs.

this has been fixed and will be included in 5.1.14

An entry was added to the 5.1.14 changelog:

On Mac OS X, MySQL Workbench crashed when creating a new document after another one had been worked on.

If editing a document, and then selecting to create a new document and not saving the current document when prompted, MySQL Workbench crashed when the save dialog closed.
