Description:
If you import a graph on the dashboard, you do not have an easy way to delete the graph.

How to repeat:
1- Install and start the dashboard
2- Import one of the xml graph files that are on trunk (or make your own graph)
3- Try to delete it (there is no button for this)

Suggested fix:
Add a "remove" button next to a graph on the graph tab

Tested with Monitor build 2.2.0.1596.
On some browsers, it does not delete the custom graph:
On FF (3.0.16 [OSX] and 3.5.7 [Windows]) and IE 8.0 [Windows] it deso not delete the custom graph. However, Safari [OSX] it does delete it.

A note has been added to the 2.2.0 changelog:

Custom graphs and advisors can now be imported, exported and deleted from the system. See <xref linkend="mem-settings-import"/>.
