Description:
Pick a relationship and do:

Right click "Edit Relationship..." -> "Foreign Key" tab. The buttons to the left and right saying "Edit Table..." do nothing.

this has been fixed in version 5.1.13

An entry was added to the 5.1.12 changelog:

In the Foreign Key tab of the Relationship Editor, the two buttons labeled Edit Table... were inactive. Clicking them had no effect.
