Description:
Hi,

I find usability of filters in export screen not very handy :

- selected elements are displayed at left, whereas common usage in double lists is to display available elements at left and selected elements at right

- there is no scrollbar in list displaying elements. 
   * it makes use of list more difficult since you don't always see start of list
   * when you have lot of elements, a scroll bar appears for whole screen, and following export options are hidden at the bottom of screen 

- buttons >, >>, <, << are vertically centered, so you only see first button when there is lot of elements

- first time I select an element in a list, all elements under selected element are also selected. This bugs occurs for both lists

I see this in 5.0.* releases and also in 5.2.12

After long discussion we decided that we won't change this behaviour in foreseeable future.
