Per jonas, This printout relates to a bug that has been corrected since mysql-4.1.  These print outs should be suppressed in later versions

Documented bugfix in the NDB-6.3.26 and 7.0.7 changelogs as follows:

      The warning message -Possible bug in Dbdih::execBLOCK_COMMIT_ORD 
      ... - could sometimes appear in the cluster log. This warning is 
      obsolete, and has been removed.
