Description:
The batch files for using MSVC 2008 are not packaged in the source archive (mysql-5.1.34.zip):

win\build-v9.bat
win\build-v9_x64.bat

This one looks like a duplicate of bug#43887, but against the server.

How to repeat:
Download mysql-5.1.34.zip and look at the files under win directory.

Suggested fix:
Add the files to the list.
