Description:
When doing "show variables like 'ndb%' the ndb-cluster-connection-pool setting does not
list

How to repeat:
1. setup a cluster supported mysqld.
2. show variables like 'ndb%'
3. review listing

Suggested fix:
ndb-cluster-connection-pool should display in list

Documented bugfix in the NDB-7.1.0 changelog as follows:

      ndb-cluster-connection-pool was not shown in the output 
      of SHOW VARIABLES LIKE 'NDB%'.
