Description:
Intermittent fatal fault (application hang) when setting relationships via ERR Diagram.
Error occurs in all types of relationship and occurs when you select the parent.
Occurs more frequently with identifying 1:n where there are more than 3 tables involved.
Also seems to appear after setting around 4 relationships with no intermediate actions.

How to repeat:
Create Table 1, Table 2, Table 3, Table 4
Create PK on Tables 1,2,3
Select a relationship type Identifying 1:n
Select Child: Table 4 and Parent: Table 1
Select Child: Table 4 and Parent: Table 2
Select Child: Table 4 and Parent: Table 3
