Description:
When editing a table you change the name of at table in the table tab, the table name on the top of the tab remains unchanged.

How to repeat:
1. Create a table.
2. Double click on table to open editing tags
3. Change the name from 'table1' to anything else
4. The tab remains 'table1 - Table'

Suggested fix:
Refresh tab name immediately

An entry was added to the 5.1.10 changelog:

The name of the table displayed on the tab in the Table Editor did not update when the table name was changed in the editor.
