Description:
After converting tables to InnoDB the table status seems to be inaccurate, i noticed it by doing a count(*), and looking at the rows reported by show table status.

I use the "Show Table Status" to compare 2 mysql servers doing replication, and this problem began when some of the tables was converted to InnoDB, with MyISAM it works fine.

How to repeat:
do a count(*) on a table and compare to show table status

Thank you for taking the time to write to us, but this is not
a bug. Please double-check the documentation available at
http://www.mysql.com/documentation/ and the instructions on
how to report a bug at http://bugs.mysql.com/how-to-report.php

Additional info:

For InnoDB, the row count is an approximation.
I'll note this in the manual.
