Description:
The tag cloud on http://forge.mysql.com/people/ contains a large number of non-MySQL
related tags, which look like spam.

How to repeat:
Take a look at http://forge.mysql.com/people/ and observe the junk.

Suggested fix:
Remove the tags and the users associated with them.

I've managed to remove many of the junk tags and the associated users. However, looking at
the "Newest Forge Users" list makes me cringe at the amount of newly created junk
accounts.
