Description:
The following people were notified: the MySQL developers,the assigned developer, the
assigned reviewer, the assigned lead, interested observers, and nobody else.

seems reporter and qa tester are missing

as seen on closing bug #35463

How to repeat:
maybe reopen and reclose

Suggested fix:
send all updates to reporter and qa tester and maybe reviewers?
