I'm not sure I understand this bug, do you mean Tab order as in the notebook tabs (MySQL Model, EER Diagram1, EER Diagram 2 etc) or database table figures? If you mean tables, what language do you use in Windows? Can you try setting to english locale and see if saving/loading a model works as expected?

I do mean notebook tabs as described by you. My locale is German (Germany). Database table figures look fine.
