Description:
for all feature requests in bugs.mysql.com it would be nice to have a "vote for this"
button that a logged in user can use to indicate they would love this feature to be
implemented.

each user should only get a single vote.

there should be some capture to prevent automatic voting.

How to repeat:
figure out which feature requests are most needed by everyone (customers + community
together).
