Lots of the mysql C API pages are also missing: mysql_options mysql_real_connect mysql_real_query mysql_refresh ... This broken, the installed help is useless. :(

The latest version of the CHM is correct, but there is no guarantee that similar problems will not reappear. Unfortunately the size and complexity of our CHM builds is now approaching sensible limits for the format, and I'm looking into ways of simplifying the process to get more accurate builds.
