Description:
Some pages are missing in CHM generated on 2008-12-07.

How to repeat:
Open The INFORMATION_SCHEMA PARTITIONS Table page. 404 page is displayed instead.

Suggested fix:
Rebuild CHM with all pages.

Thank you for the bug report. Looking the non-installer package the below page is missed instead:

Lots of the mysql C API pages are also missing:

mysql_options
mysql_real_connect
mysql_real_query
mysql_refresh
...

This broken, the installed help is useless. :(

The latest version of the CHM is correct, but there is no guarantee that similar problems will not reappear. 

Unfortunately the size and complexity of our CHM builds is now approaching sensible limits for the format, and I'm looking into ways of simplifying the process to get more accurate builds.
