Description:
Workbench hits AV when objects other than tables are moved out of a layer.

How to repeat:
- open WB
- create diagram
- draw a layer on canvas
- put a view onto the canvas
- move view out of layer onto the canvas (either fully or so that part of the object is outside the layer)
