64bit F10 with 64bit installer works ok, seams like problem is only with 32bit version

Note that another person on our team was able to reproduce the problem: "I managed to get both the glibc2.2 and glibc2.3 versions from enterprise.mysql.com to segfault upon start." So that means 1 customer and 1 internal person experience the problem, but another internal person was successful. Note that it is the installer that is seg-faulting -- not (yet at least) the agent after installation has completed.

Can you please test with --mode text and --mode xwindow and see if one of them works (as a workaround).

From one of our developers who was able to reproduce the original problem: "Both work for me (sorry for not trying the obvious thing) on both 32bit installers (glibc 2.2 and 2.3). Only starting without a --mode option fails for me."
