Description:
When an agent is first installed and picked up by Monitor, it creates the name that shows
up in the dashboard as the displayname or server:3306 by default.

When the displayname and/or hostname of the agent machine is changed and the agent is
restarted, it does not get changed on the Monitor.

The displayname will change when the agent is stopped, removed from Monitor and then
re-detected.

How to repeat:
Change the displayname and restart the agent.

Suggested fix:
The displayname should update when the agent is restarted.
