Description:
During the Windows installation two 'outdated' ad screens are shown that uses the no
longer valid naming "MySQL Monitoring and Advisory Service".

How to repeat:
run e.g. mysql-essential-5.1.30-win32.msi

Suggested fix:
replace with new screens containing the new naming "MySQL Enterprise Monitor"

I would like to keep the Enterprise Monitor ad in place if possible. Changes to the
existing content should be:

Panel 1
Change
"Monitoring and Advisory Service"
To
"Enterprise Monitor"

Panel 2
- Change heading as noted above

Change the bullets to:

- Quickly identifies your most expensive SQL code across all your servers

- MySQL Advisors and 125+ Best Practice Rules ensure security and performance

- Alerts and Expert Advice on how to fix problems and tune for peak performance

Ok to push. Validated content of ads, as well as their incorporation into a test .msi
