Description:
In the quan popup (Explain Query tab), please make a reference to the documentation about
SELECT queries having to take at least 500 ms for them to get an explain by the Query
Analizer.

How to repeat:
See popup, it does not point to such doc.

Add text to popup that either points to help or says:

No EXPLAIN found (for performance reasons, EXPLAIN is only captured for queries that take
longer than 500 ms).

An entry has been added to the 2.0 changelog:

The Query Analyzer's Explain Query tab did not have pop up text or a link to the
documentation regarding SELECT queries.
