Description:
It can be quite a hard task trying to find an entry point to critical issue that was
logged by another person even if it is on my watch list.

Microsoft connect has this functionality.

How to repeat:
1. Goto bugs.mysql.com (logged in)

Suggested fix:
"Subscribe" tab on bugs.mysql.com (preferably only Active bugs)
