Description:
Bug 37941 notes that the Ndbapi example makefiles are broken due to source Makefile
changes, and fixes the issue.

This bug notes that the Makefiles delivered with the Ndbapi examples may not work
correctly in non source distributions.

This should be fixed so that the Makefiles build correctly, and are simple on all
supported environments.

How to repeat:
Create non-source distribution of MySQL.
Attempt to make in ndbapi-examples program directories.
