Description:
When I try to connect to a MySQL server with incorrect information (invalid ip, for example), it pops up a box that say 'Click the PING button to see if there is a networking problem' but no ping button exists.

How to repeat:
Repeat as described in description

I'm very sorry!  I am so used to the 'Ok'/'Cancel' dichotomy, I did not visually see the ping button.  Something tells me I need more sleep.
