Description:
It would be great if an Agent can be setup so it sends data to two (or more) Enterprise
Monitor Managers. This would make the monitoring Highly Available.

It would also be nice if/when this is implemented, if the agent could report to multiple
managers on the same machine.  I could envision this being helpful for testing multiple
versions of the dashboard while only having 1 agent per instance.

We think of this as more generally: document how to configure Monitor highly-available.
Will consider it, but it's non-trivial...

Already adjusted the Jira issue to Kay as the owner for feedback on if we can accomplish a
primary/secondary MEM server scenario.
