Description:
Alerts sent from MEM uses GMT timezone
I.e.: "Time: 2008-09-17 19:41:08 GMT"
That is not very convenient for a user, as its timezone can be different

How to repeat:
Receive any alert from MEM

Suggested fix:
Print the time twice (in the server's TZ, then parenthetically in UTC) in the email

Added support to 1.3 and 2.x branches to show the GMT and MEM server local times in alerts.

Tested with build 2.0.5.7153. Found out that the fix was checked into the 2.1 release ("not in the maintenance release").

Testing in 2.1 now...

Verified fixed in service manager build 2.1.0.1036.

An entry was added to the 2.1.0 changelog:

Alerts sent from MySQL Enterprise Monitor used the GMT timezone, for example:

Time: 2008-09-17 19:41:08 GMT

That was not convenient for users, as their timezones may not have been GMT.
