Description:
When a list of bugs is exported as csv format only these fields are included:
ID,Entered,Modified,Type,Status,Severity,Version,OS,Summary,Assign First,Assign Last.
The fields 'Reporter' and 'Triage' are not included.

How to repeat:
- Open a list of bugs using the search form to find bugs (any criteria).
- Click on csv at the top of the bug list.
