Description:
query_alloc_block_size_basic_64.test fails in pushbuild.
No wonder, the test is trying to allocate 4 gigabytes (!) of memory, any system that has
memory overcommit would fail on that.

Suggested fix:
Do not try to set the variable to 4 gig value. The next statement is going to allocate
that memory!
