Description:
When I start dashboard on Japanese windows, a message box that includes the next message appears in Japanese.
"'http://localhost:18080/merlin/Auth.ction' is not found. Check if you entered the correct name  and try again"
It happens when Firefox is default brouser and all no brouser window is open when it starts. When IE is the default brouser it does not happen.

How to repeat:
Install Merlin into Windows Vista J. 
Make Firefox the default brouser.
Close all the brouser windows.
Start the dashboard.

Can't reproduce with after an upgrade to the 3.0 version of FireFox.
