Description:
Please allow a "picture" field in the Forge user profile.
http://forge.mysql.com/people/person.php?id=XXX&tab=profile

The picture should be only allowed for users who have contributed at least one of the following:

* 2 projects
* 3 code/tools
* 3 forum answers (see Bug#37033)
* 3 blog posts to Planet MySQL
* 3 verified non feature-request bug reports

Suggested fix:
add the picture

Added ability to signup on Gravatar.com and use that web service to generate avatar images.  Added brief instructions on the edit profile tab.
