Description:
Mouse wheel does not work when you double-click a table and select the "Options" tab.

How to repeat:
Open Workbench in a small resolution like 1024x768. Open a .mwb file and double-click on a table definition. Select the "Options" tab. Try to scroll with the mouse wheel when the scrollbar appears.

Suggested fix:
Catch mouse wheel event and combine it with the scrollbar.
