Description:
The project files created for Windows are missing the GenError project dependency. This
causes the build to fail on the first pass.

How to repeat:
Download latest backup tree, build Windows project files, compile. User must compile a
second time to pickup GenError library.

Suggested fix:
Add GenError project as a dependency

Was fixed by another patch in main.
