Description:
After successfully working for a while, I was adding a foreign key, it failed with an exception. This might be related to bug #33545.
Within the table editor, I had entered the foreign key name, selected the reference table, clicked on the source column, and when it was populating the drop-down list, the following message appeared in the dialog:

How to repeat:
Not sure you can easily repeat. I had been working for 2 or more hours when it happened... and had added several dozen foreign keys within the same session.
