Description:
The DBDoc feature menu: "Model > DBDoc - Model Reporting" is still visible even when the option menu: "Tools> Options> Tab General: Hide menu options not available in this edition" is enabled.

Also, menu options for submenus that have only hidden options are also still visible" (example: "Validation")

SImilar is the "relationship notation" menu, that has just one single toggle option in place which is by definition toggled.

See the menu

Suggested fix:
Don't show any options if there really isnt anything to choose anyway

Noted in 5.0.18 changelog.

Some menus or submenus had items enabled when the corresponding
features were disabled.
