Description:
On an intel core 2 duo running w vista home premium:
Installation with setup program of db works fine, but the configuration wizard does not start running.

I have tried on w xp sp2 and everything goes fine, including configuration wizard.

How to repeat:
Just execute setup.exe after descompressing on the system described above.
