Description:
Some Falcon tests fail sporadically on Pushbuild. We will disable them until we analyzed
the failures in depth.

How to repeat:
These tests fail from time to time on Pushbuild:

falcon_bug_22173a.test
falcon_bug_28095_II.test
falcon_bug_34351_B.test
falcon_bug_34174.test

Hakan, It would be better to open a bug for each failing test.  Please do that

Hakan, I seem to remember that you open new bugs for ALL the individual problems in this
group bug here.  If so, please close this.  If not, which test case does this represent? 
Please rename this to identify the current problem or close it.
