Description:
- removing the admin user from the list of users of a project
  will leave installation in unusable status
- automatic page reload shows an empty list of projects
- (re-)login impossible

How to repeat:
- go to "Manage Projects" page
- remove the "Admin User" user from "Users: *" input field

Suggested fix:
two possible fixes
- disallow removing the admin user in "Manage Projects"
- allow removing the admin user cleanly from "Users: *" list

I have a similar issue : removing default project when it is the only one assigned to user
'admin' prevent this user to log in too.

Why must an administrator have a project assigned to himself ??
