Description:
If I try to set some negative value of numeric column the change will not be accepted.

How to repeat:
1) Open Table Properteis.
2) Go to Inserts Tab.
3) Press the button "Open editor".
4) Try to set some negative value in numeric column.

A note has been added to the 5.0.16rc changelog: 

Setting the value of a numeric column to a negative value was not supported.
