Description:
Attempting to print an HTML simple (no-frames) report produces fatal error.

How to repeat:
Seems to happen every time, with default settings.

Suggested fix:

A note has been added to the 5.0.16rc changelog: 

Printing an HTML version of the schema would produce a fatal error.
