Description:
When going to Model->Diagram Size, the popup window's buttons for "OK" and "Cancel" do not draw unless you move the window.  They are hollow and show the window beneath.

How to repeat:
Make a Diagram, go to Model->Diagram Size.

A note has been added to the 5.0.16rc changelog: 

The OK and Cancel buttons for the Diagram Size dialog would not be initialized properly.
