Description:
File > Export > Forward Engineer have UI problems.

How to repeat:
1. Go to File > Export > Forward Engineer SQL CREATE Script.
2. Specify output file and press "Next" button.
3. Press "Back" button.
4. Press "Next" button. Now you have one more "SQL Export Filter" form.
5. Repeat steps 3 and 4 some times. As result you will have crash.

Thank you for a bug report. I had not got a crash even after 20+ Next and Back attempts, but groups are still continue to add to that UI at each attempt. It is a nasty bug.

Thank you for your bug report. This issue has been addressed in the documentation. The updated documentation will appear on our website shortly, and will be included in the next release of the relevant products.
Added to the changelog for version 5.0.14beta.
