Description:
Hi,

Currently when QA opens a bug, we have to come back and then mark as verified to get it
recorded correctly. QA would prefer to be able to mark as verified during the initial
opening of the bug and not have a 2 step process. 

In addition, when a developer (QA) is logged in and opening a bug the fields of  Defect
Class and work around ability should be visible. This as well causes a 2 step process.   

How to repeat:
Open a bug :-)

Suggested fix:
For MySQL Developers make it a 1 step process
