Description:
Exporting a diagram as a single PDf file adds some extra lines to the PDF.

How to repeat:
Export as PDF the diagram of the supplied mwb file.
I am running in Software rendering if it makes any difference.

those extra-lines seem to be caused when there are dotted lines (non-identifying relations)

A note has been added to the 5.0.16rc changelog: 

When exporting a diagram to PDF, some additional lines would be added to the generated PDF.
