The problem is similar to http://bugs.mysql.com/bug.php?id=33272. Can you please provide more info on how did you create your model?

I created the model manually with the Add Diagram action under EER Diagrams. I created another model by created each table and then I let the program create the model based off of the tables and I can Forward Engineer that model.

Are you moving tables between models? Are you using copy/paste for that?

To let the program create the model I created my tables, indexes, foreign_keys, etc.... I then went to Model->Create Diagram from Catalog Objects. This created the model with relationship lines for me. I was then able to Forward Engineer the SQL Script.

Thank you for your bug report. This issue has been addressed in the documentation. The updated documentation will appear on our website shortly, and will be included in the next release of the relevant products. Added to the changelog for version 5.0.15.
