Help menue should also have a 'List Reported Bugs' item,
like MySQL Administrator.

menu item "View reported bugs" has been added to help menu which opens the bugs-listing for workbench in default browser

A 'change' entry has been added to the 5.1.17 changelog:

The menu item Help, View Reported Bugs has been added to the main menu. This opens the bugs listing for MySQL Workbench in the default browser.
